Pupils have been enjoying panto from the comfort of their own schools this year after coronavirus closed down theatre across the country.
Performers from Ayr’s Gaiety Theatre have been touring schools to bring a bit of festive cheer – stopping off at Gardenrose Primary in Maybole last week.
A spokesperson from Gardenrose Primary said: “Thank you so much to Ayr Gaiety for bringing the magic of the Christmas panto to us at school today!
“We loved joining in and watching from our bubbles – check out our socially distant selfies with Jock the Joker and his Mammy.”
