Girvan Bowling Club
GIRVAN Bowling Club have helped a local youth football team ahead of their dream trip to Blackpool.
The club raised £300 at their reunion of the grants cup on Saturday, February 22, with members pledging the funds to Girvan Juniors 2005 to go towards a tournament in April.
The generous donation will go towards a day out to Liverpool FC’s iconic stadium Anfield for a tour to give the players a break from the tournament.
Girvan Juniors 2005 would like to thank the club for their donation and to William McDines, Peter McCloy and Bernie Mills for presenting them with the money.
