WITH Prestwick's Freeman's Hall still missing its steeple two town councillors are demanding it is put back.
Since a report was made on the steeple in a closed South Ayrshire Council meeting, Prestwick Councillors Helen Moonie and Hugh Hunter have been making enquiries of their own about the situation.
