DOWNIEPeacefully, after a long illness borne with dignity, at the Biggart Hospital on 30th September 2010, Catherine Mary Burden Downie (Kate), daughter of the late McEwan and Betty Downie. Much loved sister of McEwan and Garry, sister- in- law of Sue and Margaret, auntie of Michelle, Craig, Jason and Cheryl and great auntie of Ella, Grace and Kris, also niece of Alice Downie.She will be sadly missed by all family and friends.Family flowers only, donations to Lindsey Ward, Biggart Hospital.
